These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of robynandreg.com (the "Site") and to any order you place with us. Please read them carefully before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other applicable UK consumer protection law.

2. Definitions

  • "We"/"us"/"our" means Robyn&Reg.
  • "You"/"your" means the customer placing an order or using the Site.
  • "Products" means any goods listed for sale on the Site.
  • "Order" means a request to purchase Products submitted via the Site.

3. Products & Descriptions

  • We make every effort to display our Products, including colours, materials, and dimensions, as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, or natural material variation (e.g. nylon grain).
  • All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any Product listing at any time.
  • Sizing guidance is provided on our Sizing & Fit Guide to help you choose correctly, but ultimately suitability for your dog is your responsibility — please refer to our Product Disclaimer for full details on intended use and safety.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
  • Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout and are detailed in our Shipping Information page.
  • We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you'd like to proceed at the correct price, or cancel.
  • Payment is taken at the point of order via our secure checkout. We accept [insert accepted payment methods, e.g. major debit/credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay].
  • We do not store your full card details; payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

5. Order Acceptance & Contract Formation

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we're free to accept or decline.
  • You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed — this confirms we've received your order, but does not by itself mean we've accepted it.
  • A binding contract is formed once we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation.
  • We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, for example due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order that's already been paid for, we'll issue a full refund.

6. Delivery

Delivery timeframes, methods, and charges are set out in full in our Shipping Information page. In summary:

  • We ship UK orders via Royal Mail.
  • Standard Tracked: £5.25 (free on orders over £55), estimated 3–5 business days.
  • Next Day Delivery: £6.50, estimated 1–2 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our returns process, including your legal cancellation rights and our store returns policy, is set out in full in our Returns Policy. In summary, we offer a 30-day returns window on unused, unworn items in original packaging.

8. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

If a Product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regardless of any returns window, including the right to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund depending on the circumstances and timing of your claim. 9. Product Use & Safety

Our Products are intended for use as described in our Product Disclaimer, which covers intended use, supervision requirements, sizing responsibility, and limitations on liability arising from misuse. Please read this before using any Robyn&Reg product with your dog.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product designs, and the Robyn&Reg name and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
  • You're welcome to share images of our Products on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes, with appropriate credit to @robynandreg.

11. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems;
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including when placing an order.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you've breached these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or Products.
  • Our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order, except where liability cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, or for any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, adverse weather, courier delays, supply chain disruption, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

14. Privacy

Our use of your personal data is set out in full in our Privacy & Cookies Policy. By using the Site or placing an order, you acknowledge that your data will be processed as described there.

15. Complaints

If you're unhappy with a Product, an order, or any aspect of our service, please contact us in the first instance at robynandregpetwear@gmail.com and we'll do our best to resolve things directly.

If we're unable to resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, UK consumers can access Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, or the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable, though we'd always encourage getting in touch with us first.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. The version in effect at the time you place an order will apply to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your right, as a consumer, to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence within the UK.
